    I remember reading a couple of M. Scott Peck books (I also read his autobiographical book which was themed around his search for ancient stones), and I remember him saying about how important balancing is. I think you were right to reduce your working hours and commitments. My dad was a workaholic, and died of a heart attack aged only 46. He hated his regular job (bookkeeping) and should have quit and followed his passion (photography).

    I had a feeling your weight loss videos wouldn’t be just about stopping eating candy bars.
